You may order via our online checkout or the following methods:

For a custom fax order form, please contact us with the items that you wish to regularly order, and weżll generate a form to your specifications.

Orders are processed as they are received, and all in stock orders received by 2:00PM CST are shipped the same day via Federal Express.

Cuppa Jane and Blue Jazz Java coffees are roasted to order. Expect a day for processing if you include either brand in your order. We feel that the ultimate freshness is worth the wait.

Payment:

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Shipping:

All retail orders ship for a $7.95 flat rate in the Continental US. Orders over $50 ship free in the continental US, with the exception of overweight or oversized merchandise. Items that do not qualify for free shipping typically have a disclaimer in their full item description. Large wholesale orders may also incur extra shipping charges. Customers will be notified of any additional shipping charges before their order ships. If customers fail to respond to our communication in this regard, orders will be cancelled and refunded.

Our shipping method of choice is FedEx ground. Please provide a physical address that can be shipped to via this method. If you provide an undeliverable address, there will be an additional $15.00 charge added to your order for the address correction.
